For software developers who apply properly

One master CV.
A backend version
in about a minute.

Keep a single source of truth. Cut a tailored variant for each kind of role with keyword rules, hidden roles and its own template, then export a PDF that matches the preview to the pixel and a Word file for the agencies. Every send is logged, so you always know which version each recruiter is holding.

Free plan, no card. One master CV and two variants, for as long as you like.

The same sample CV rendered through two presets by the app itself. Highlighted words were rewritten by rules; the master was not touched.

How it works

Three steps, in this order, every time. The order is the point: the master comes first and everything else is derived from it.

  1. Step 1

    Write the master once

Header, summary, a proficiencies grid, experience sections with roles, education, links. Everything autosaves. Fix a typo here and it is fixed everywhere.

  2. Step 2

    Cut a variant per target

Start from a preset (frontend, backend, DevOps, PHP, React, Node) or a blank one. Add keyword rules, hide roles, pick a template. The preview updates as you type, with every swap highlighted.

  3. Step 3

    Export, send, and remember

Download the PDF or Word file named to your convention, then log the send against the recruiter and the application so nothing goes out untracked.

Built around the document, not a form

Everything below exists because a real job search needed it, not because a feature list looked thin.

  • Keyword rules

Ruby to PHP, Rails to Laravel, full stack to backend. Rules rewrite the rendered CV, never the master, and each one can be scoped to the headline, summary, skills or experience.

  • Hide what does not help

Drop a role, a whole section or a skills column from one variant without touching the others. Reorder roles and override the headline and summary per variant.

  • Four templates, real theming

Classic, modern, compact and minimal, with your accent colour, fonts, sizes and margins. Each variant carries its own look.

  • A preview you can trust

The page breaks you see are the page breaks you get. Preview and PDF share one renderer, one stylesheet and one pagination pass.

  • PDF, Word and plain text

PDF for people, an editable Word file for agencies that insist on it, and plain text for job boards that only take a paste.

  • A log of every send

Who got which variant, on which platform, in which format, with a frozen copy of the exact document. Months later you can see what they read.

For people running several searches at once

Contractors between gigs. Developers applying as frontend here and backend there. Anyone with a day rate, a permanent salary expectation and a couple of side conversations all going at the same time. When five versions of you are in circulation, the dangerous moment is the follow-up call where you cannot remember which one the caller has.

The tracker records the variant, the platform, the format and the recipient for every send, and freezes the exact document. Open the application, and the CV that recruiter is looking at is one click away.

Questions

Is this another template site?

No. You write one master CV and the app produces tailored variants from it. Each variant is a set of rules and overrides, not a copy, so when you fix a date in the master every variant is fixed too.

Does the PDF really match the preview?

Yes. The preview and the PDF are the same page rendered by the same code; the PDF is simply that page printed by a headless browser. Page breaks fall in the same places.

Do recruiters get an editable file?

Pro accounts can export Word (.docx) files built structurally, so an agency can edit them without the layout collapsing. Everyone can export PDF and plain text.

What happens if I cancel Pro?

Nothing is deleted. Your variants stay readable and exportable; you can keep 1 master CV and 2 variants active without paying, and the application tracker pauses until you come back. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

Who can see my CV?

Only you. Nothing is public, there are no shareable links, and even the page the PDF is printed from needs a signed token that expires in minutes. You can download everything as one file at any time.

Is rewriting keywords honest?

Keyword rules change how your experience is described, not what you did. Swapping a framework name you genuinely used for its equivalent is fine; inventing experience is not. The tool makes tailoring quick; keeping it truthful is on you.

Write it once. Send the right version.

Start with the sample CV or a blank page. Your first variant takes about a minute.
